Success will come from having a good research base. You will know your topic inside out and upside down.

Alana (or another student) : Please lead a discussion with the other students to divide up the terms among yourselves to be covered on the Padlet. Agree on some way of formatting the padlet into a coherent structure. The A-Z is to focus on Buddhist beliefs and practices, schools of thought and the person of the Buddha. (Think 4 noble truths, 8 fold path, 3 marks of existence, meditation). Break each of these larger concepts into their component parts on this padlet. (eg. Dukkha). Complete a frayer for each component term.

Activity Three:

India and Lexie to lead this activity. Copy back all the terms from the padlet related to 4 noble truths, 8 fold path, 3 marks of existence and some practices such as meditation in a cause and effect diagram (from history) into your notebooks. - the final effect will of course be enlightenment or the cessation of suffering, but leading up to this effect will be various cause and effects within the understandings of the terms.
